Privacy policy

We collect the information you give us when you create a profile and use Subbie Me: your name and business name, trade and skills, qualification status, experience, bio, tools and vehicle details, suburb and work radius, plus the jobs, applications and messages you create.

What other members can see

Signed-in members can see your public profile: name, business name, photo, trade, skills, qualification status, experience, bio, suburb, state, work radius and availability.

What stays private

Your contractor licence number is stored separately and is only visible to you and to a tradie whose job you have expressed interest in. Your exact street address is never requested. Messages are only visible to the two people in that conversation.

Verification

Trust status (pending, verified or needs attention) is recorded against your account and shown honestly. We never display a verified state unless the stored status says so.

Your choices

You can edit or remove profile details at any time from Edit profile, close or delete jobs you have posted, and withdraw an expression of interest. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
